Why a retreat?

If you’re so busy you have no time to think, you’re not performing to your full potential. Non-stop data bombardment clouds our insight, creativity and reasoning. It also limits our ability to resolve complex issues, particularly those involving people.

Our mindfulness retreats in the French Alps give you space to stop, reflect and focus on ‘being’ rather than doing. In one of nature’s most beautiful places, your mind has time to process. You see more clearly. Your energy, attention and motivation are recharged. You feel more productive and creative.

You’ll leave our retreats with tools and techniques to sustain this in your everyday working life.

What we do

Our unique approach integrates executive coaching and mindfulness in an inspiring location. For a modest investment of time and money, you can expect a big return.

Some of our retreats have fixed dates, others can be at any time from May to November. All can be adapted to specific individual or team needs.

Testimonials

The words “vegan mindfulness retreat” conjure an image of Spartan cells, raw tofu, and severe gurus. My experience of the Transitions retreat was the antithesis of that. Maison La Cerisaie is a beautiful, comfortable chalet and the food was creative, varied and delicious. Under Sally-Anne and Carroll’s gentle guidance, the retreat fed my spirit, mind and body, enabling me to re-charge and re-focus in a stunning corner of France.

Stephen Burt, Owner, GibsonStarr Ltd

Sally-Anne’s Transitions retreat gave me the comfortable space I needed to step back, relax and reflect on what’s important. What better way to do that than in this wonderful environment in the French Alps. I don’t stop very often and it’s been a real joy to take time for myself. I urge everyone to do the same.
